I can’t have adorable running shoes because I change my gait when I run and need a certain type of support so my options are limited :( oh well. Cute workout clothes are enough for me!

I LAHVE post-work-out food fests. Mmmm. I had a Greek yogurt and berry smoothie, cheese and triscuits (whole grain cocaine as my friend says), a piece of pumpkin bread, and.. Yeah. It was so good and I love feeling that hungry and then eating food and ahhh :D my fave.
I’ll start posting less soon, I promise ;P but I just want to talk about my morning first. I woke up perfectly before my alarm, feeling rested. My mom and I went to a 50 minute spin class (my favorite work out in the world, next to dance). The lady was so awesome. She was singing along and she said a couple of the music artists gave her the “heeby jeebies. ” So funny :) and she gave the right about of enthusiasm without sounding fake (which is so annoying). My face was super red after and I felt great. Also the music was great! Then I got home and showered right away and had Greek yogurt with toasted oats, flax meal, and honey. I consider it a successful morning :) I just hope I can keep my mood up a little longer than normal this time.

I’ve never cared about socks other than if they were cute, but I have been changed forever! These new Puma socks I got for working out are incredible. They are SO soft and comfortable and supportive but breathable. Socks were socks, until now. Oh my god. These socks. They make me feel just about as good as this gif does :D
Spin class makes me sweat like a fat man. It rocks! Haha. Now I’m having plain non-fat Chobani greek yogurt with Stevia and fresh blueberries that I picked with my boyfriend. [: It’s a beautiful afternoon.
Also, YES. It was JUST as amazing as I had hoped it would be. I had on my workout high smile. :] I feel weird when I can’t stop, but I feel SO GOOD at the same time.
I’ve actually been sticking with running! I keep surprising myself with how hard I can actually work! I’m so happy with it all. :)
