^^^^NO. PLEASE do not ever stop eating or starve yourself. Depriving your body of food and nutrients actually increases the chances that you will binge eat. I know you may think it’s easier to skip a couple meals, and then end up eating a few hundred calories of whatever you want, but it’s not. If you slowly work on healthy eating over time, your palate will begin to change and you’ll begin to crave fresh fruit instead of candy bars or broiled fish instead of a burger. What they say is true: breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Ear breakfast, protein, and fiber to stay fuller longer. Empty carbs won’t fill you up. I promise that, if you just give it a little effort, losing weight the healthy way is actually easy and will begin to build on itself. Don’t start a diet. Start a lifestyle change. Be the best you that you can be. Believe in yourself, reward yourself, and don’t get hung up on setbacks along the way. :)
